MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- In the last match of the Blue Angel's Bash, North Central University (NCU) women's volleyball is set to face off against the Mount Mary University Blue Angels. These two teams have faced off against each other a total of nine times, with the Rams taking the last matchup in 2018, winning 3-0. NCU is ready to battle against the Blue Angels and are hungry to send themselves home with the win.
The Blue and Gold had many dominate players in this game. Hannah Fischer was all over the floor and ended with 14 digs. Fischer also had some great help assisted by Emily DiGiorgio and Jaselyn Anderson. They both chipped in a respectable five kills and were a key component to last year's win. They will be looking to repeat the same performance going into this afternoon's matchup. Mount Mary is currently 0-6 and are looking to grab their first win of the season. This matchup takes place at 2:00p.m. directly after their first match of the day on Saturday, September 7.
